［温めるメリット］

温めながらケアをすると、血管が広がり固くなった筋肉がほぐれやすくなる！

また老廃物の排出も促進されオススメ

温めることで目元の小さな筋肉がほぐれやすくなり、

疲れ目解消に効果的。目元は全身の中でも特に小さな筋肉が集まっていて血行促進が難しい箇所のため、外部から温めるアプローチが有効。
